1. Financial Assistance
Provide grants or emergency funds to families facing financial hardship due to treatment costs, travel expenses, or time off work.
2. Emotional Support Services
Offer counseling stipends, grief support groups, and mental health resources for both children battling cancer and their families.
3. Hospital Support Programs
Supply hospitals with comfort kits (blankets, toys, toiletries) for children undergoing treatment.
Partner with hospitals to fund child life programs or create dedicated play spaces.
4. Awareness & Advocacy
Raise public awareness about childhood cancer through events, social media, and collaborations.Advocate for increased research funding and policy changes benefiting pediatric oncology patients.
5. Scholarships and Educational Support
Award scholarships to childhood cancer survivors or siblings who have been affected, helping them pursue their educational dreams.
6. Wellness and Healing Events
Organize retreats, wellness days, or special outings to give families a chance to relax, connect, and heal outside of a clinical setting.
7. Legacy and Memory Programs
Offer ways for families to honor the lives and legacies of children who have passed, such as memorial scholarships, tribute pages, or remembrance events.
8. Emergency Care Packages
Deliver ready-to-go care packages to families immediately after diagnosis, offering practical items and emotional support to help them through the first critical weeks.
